Free Trial FAQ

A Free Trial account allows access to a web hosting account for 7 days. It is offered to allow our prospective customers time to experience SophiaHoting before purchasing a regular plan.

How do I get a Free Trial?

You can get a free trial by choosing Free Trial on our Order page.

Are there any restrictions on my account?

No, you get full CPanel access with all the bells and whistles. The only restriction is that the account will self-destruct in a week, if you do not upgrade to one of our regular plans.

Do I have to cancel a Trial account? 

No, once the trial time has expired, your account will automatically terminate.

We are pleased to hear it. Make sure you upgrade to our regular plan before your trial expires, so that all your settings and date remain intact.

To upgrade to a regular account, you must follow these steps:

UPGRADING A TRIAL ACCOUNT TO A REGULAR ACCOUNT

1. Login to the Client Area.
2. Click on "My Products & Services" from the top navigation menu.
3. Click on "View Details" next to your hosting package.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Upgrade/Downgrade Package".
5. Choose the respective hosting plan.
6. Click the continue button, then Make Payment by clicking the Invoice Number.
7. Upon making payment your account will be upgraded.
