About the Company

SophiaHosting was founded in 2008 by Sophia Burns, who started the company because she needed a place to host the websites she designed for her clients. Not satisfied with shared hosting abilities, and finding out that "unlimited" usually meant "restricted in unwanted ways", she decided to start her own hosting business.

Since then, SophiaHosting has been growing at a steady pace, while remaining small enough to maintain the personal touch her clients required. Individuals and small to middle sized businesses prefer to use SophiaHosting's affordable, but still powerful hosting services. Customers range from complete novices to computer and technology experts.

SophiaHosting has no intention to grow big, or compete with the leading world hosting companies. It will always be a warm, friendly company with an eye to the indiviual, and wanting to get in touch with its clients on a personal basis.
